Dr. Alain Sosa, MD
Dr. Alain Sosa is an internist treating patients in Jackson Heights, New York, and the surrounding communities. He holds certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Sosa is also a member of the Medical Society of the State of New York. In order to pursue his medical degree, Dr. Sosa attended the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences in Havana, Cuba. He continued his medical education at the Noelio Capote Medical Center in Havana, completing a residency in family medicine.
He has also completed a residency in pediatric medicine at the Flushing Hospital Medical Center in New York. Patients visiting Dr. Sosa can receive a full range of medical care. He offers general consultations, annual physical examinations, and flu shots, as well as treatment for illness.
Being bilingual, he is able to communicate with his patients in both English and Spanish.
